About Us
LC Builders was started in early 2008 after its Sole Proprietor, Leah Cardoza, discovered that other companies were charging people too much for necessary water, sewer and excavation services. Operating from their home office in Lucketts, Virginia, LC Builders began supplying customers with a means to cheaper services while still providing quality workmanship and materials.
Now LC Builders' mission is to spread the word: don't pay more for a service than necessary!
